The decal you purchased consists of 3 parts. The white (or blue) backing paper, the vinyl decal, and the clear transfer tape.

Place your decal (do not separate any of the parts yet) face down on a smooth surface. Use a credit card to apply pressure to the back of the backing paper to make sure the vinyl decal adheres to the transfer tape.

Clean and dry the surface where you want to apply the decal.

With the decal facing down on a flat surface, slowly pull the backing paper away from the transfer paper. Use a really tight angle to make sure the vinyl decal stays on the transfer tape and not on the backing paper. Should parts stay on the backing paper, push it back down and apply more pressure with a credit card.

Once the backing paper has been removed and the vinyl decal is on the transfer paper apply the vinyl and transfer tape to the area where you want the decal.

Apply pressure to the transfer tape using a finger or a credit card.

Slowly remove the transfer tape while making sure the vinyl decal stays on the desired surface.

When applying decals the temperature should be above 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
